I think not. Everytime rain is forecast for San Diego, it doesn't rain! Some high pressure moves in and pushes the low to the North of us. There is a 50% chance of rain tonight. If I wake up to the sound of rain, I will stand outside and sing "Singing in the Rain" while juggling pears. I don't know how to juggle, but I'll learn.

Hi! Thought I'd come and check it out like you said. Yeah we had heaps of rain, in fact, up to 10 inches in some areas near me. It had been a loooong time since we've seen rain like that. Hopefully you'll get your share too. Grass looks much better when it's green, no matter who's side of the fence it's on. :).
Sunday morning, Carlsbad, 4:00 am. I left to go to the airport and there was so much rain the freeway flooded and the car had no traction. I'm slipping around in the lanes, the car in the northbound lane did a 180, and there was a major accident in the area due to the rain. I didn't think I'd make it to the airport. I came home today and the whole front yard is still soaking wet!
