I Feel Great

And it is a beautiful day outside. My knees feel fine after yesterdays hike and I have a ton of energy. I haven't felt this good in months! Now I need an outlet for all this excess energy.

Well, I went shopping and ended up buying nothing and then I took a nap, thus dissipating all my energy and plans for spending the day outside.
