I will be camping this weekend at Joshua Tree National Park. I haven't been there since 1993! I doubt much has changed, after all, it is a desert. I will take lots of pictures for blogging.

In 1993 it was just a National Monument. Now it's a bonafied National Park.
Yes, that is what I read too. I also have been told that the park rangers are very strict with their rules. Two cars per site, no more than 2 tents and six people. You must park your car the correct direction and observe the quite time. It used to be anything goes out there. I guess we need to hope for nice neighbors and cool rangers.
