Junk art is popping up around Key West. This one is just outside the gate to the base. Weather here in KW is quite cold. First Phoenix and now Key West. However, I refuse to wear a jacket, even with 20mph winds and 60 degree temps. I just took a walk to the beach and touched the water. It was not as warm as I expected.
